Any input would be appreciated

I ordered some clothes and a few pairs of shoes from a consignment store online. I know they're legit cause I ordered from them before. I ordered my items on April 2nd. April 4th they wrote on fb they are closing for a week due to a death in the family. So I waited until that week was up, and until the weekend was over. On the 17th wednesday I emailed them wondering if they had shipped my items. They told me they should have a tracking number by Friday as they were packing up boxes on wed. I haven't heard from them yet about any shipping. When should I email again? Should I email again? And what should I say? I do want to be understanding and I don't want to be a pest but I do want my items shipped. Thanks.
