Who has left their baby overnight with a sitter or family member? We’re leaving tomorrow for an out of town wedding and I’m so anxious about leaving her 😥

My husband took a months leave when I first went back to work and took our son to visit his family in Australia for 4 nights while i stayed home (we currently live in NZ). DS was not quite 5 months and it was fine. Like others have said make sure bubs routine is written down and you trust  the person to give you the best chance of enjoying yourself.

Not yet, I need to do a practice run with my parents soon though. Husband and I go to Vegas in June and I’m excited until I remember that I am leaving her for like 4-5 nights

I’ve only left my son without me one night and it was with his father and only because I was in hospital.

I only have once. It was when he was 2 months old. I left him with my parents. As long as you trust the person I think you’ll be fine!

It’s going to be fine as long as you trust the person you’re leaving her with. Leave them a written set of instructions if it will ease your mind, then go out and enjoy yourself!
