Just to update on the post I made last night. I just had a puppy handed over to me and she needs to see a vet so I asked her previous owner for her papers. The vet wanted to know the date of her spay, and wanted her vaccination records. She needs to see a vet for her sketchy looking spay incision. The appointment is set.

The whole thing was dodgy af.

First she was adopted and not wanted anymore and was living in a car because she cried all night, Then my sister was just supposed to dog sit after the girl who had her, had texted my mom asking her to take a free puppy. Then she was found on the side of the road. Then they bought her. Then it was her boyfriends dog and they were trying to get rid of the dog but her mom wanted to sell her. But also they wanted to gift her to her boyfriends mom. I wanted to get the parents involved but she dropped it and my sister got the papers from her at school and brought them to me.

The story my sister originally gave me was right. She was adopted from the same shelter I adopted my cat from and spayed by the same vet that spayed my cat. She’s also vaccinated and chipped.

The adoption papers are in her boyfriends dads name which makes sense because minors cannot adopt from a shelter.

SO, there’s the update. A lot of you were like wtf is this😂 same

At least I know that this dog is not stolen. I was seriously starting to wonder because she’s a German Shepherd. I think her bf got the puppy and didn’t want it and gave it to her to keep and she decided she didn’t want it either. Look at her sad picture from the adoption papers!
