Somebody Help!!!!!!

I have had a problem with vaginal odor (it smells when I pee although I am quite hygienic) for I don’t know how long😖I have went to my doctor several times and they have not been much help💀I was hoping that you guys could be more helpful😇What is going on guys? Does anybody know what this is?
