Anyone else bed-sharing?

Lisa

I was hoping this time I’d have a baby who would sleep in his crib, but no such luck. Just like with my daughter, he absolutely refuses to sleep alone in his crib. He’ll scream non-stop until someone picks him up and wakes up the instant someone puts him down again.

I started bed-sharing because just like with my daughter, I found myself falling asleep while holding him upright in the chair and while sitting on the couch. That’s dangerous itself.

This is the only way anyone can get any sleep, but it still makes me nervous. I make sure all blankets and pillows are away from his body and I wake up several times in the night besides feedings to check on him but I won’t feel relaxed until he’s a toddler.

Ugh, little dude, why couldn’t you just sleep on your own?
