I am 38 weeks, 5 days and my back pain is so intense constantly it always feels like I strained my back all over again. Sometimes it hurts to the point where I can’t walk or I can’t walk properly. My Ob said it could be back contractions. I didn’t know this existed so I was wondering if anyone on here may have or had back contractions instead of normal contractions?? Lol she also said that out of all her patients, my baby’s head is the lowest but yet I’m still 1cm dilated and 80% effaced 🤦🏾‍♀️
