Of course! It's their bed more than mine actually 🤣 i have 3 cats. And since we don't let them go outside they are super clean (although most cats are hygenic).

I have a cat-i don't really "let" her do anything haha. Sometimes she sleeps on the bed but mostly we move too much and she gets cranky and leaves.

Boyfriend wants the dog in the bed. I will not have it. She is HUGE for starters, and not nearly as clean as the cats.
If I had a smaller dog, probably. I used to let my host family's bichon sleep with me
