He's had this for the past 2 weeks or so and he doesn't even notice it or seem bothered unless he is without bottoms. He has no other bumps beside the belly button area (so no HFM). I've tried butt paste, anti-itch cream and colloidal lotion but nothing is helping and it hasn't gone away.

Any ideas? Calling his doctor tomorrow but just curious if anyone else has had something similar with their toddler.
