Skin help?? Bad acne

Can anyone assist me in how they got rid of their HORMONAL acne?? I know it’s hormonal and I have tried everything from tree tea oil to Aztec clay masks which help, gentle face wash, harsh face wash, to cutting on soda and sugar and carbs what can I do!!

Okay so make sure you have a good skin care routine (i was in skin care for 1 year and i an advanced cosmetologist). 
1. Make sure you wash your face twice daily(use a specific face wash for oily/acne prone skin)
2. Make sure to exfoliate 2/3 times a week
3. Make sure to use a toner to get all the excess dead skin, and oil/dirt off your face(2x daily after washing)
4. Make sure to always moisturize with an oil free moisturizer 
5. You can always look into Clinique skin care(worked there for a year) they have an acne line, it’s really great. They have all those things. On the list i put(only use acne line if you always have 3/4 more breakouts). They have clearing gels as well they help with breakouts

I broke out bad with my last pregnancy. This stuff cleared my face up quick! Its for hormonal breakouts.

Try going on a diet. I don’t mean for weight loss but target foods that are specifically known to cause acne. Like dairy, sugar and see how that goes. Experiment. I get horrible deep acne whenever I eat pizza, cheese and chocolate.

Drink plenty of water like 2 liters and lemon juice daily.
