Sorry i don’t know where to post this

So my so and I split due to DV and dcfs took our daughter away when she was 5 months old I got her back and got full sole legal custody and the case closed after a year

So now it’s 5 years later I got back with the dad i started a relationship with him again and I’m pregnant again by him and was wondering if he signs the birth certificate am I going to have a case open all over again? am I going to get my kids taken away for safety reasons?, I don’t know what to do
