It’s not weird at all! Idk who would even say it is 😂 you’re literally stacking up for when you have a baby so you don’t have too when the time comes. It gets pretty expensive buying all that at once, Yanno? It’s such a smart idea. I have started buying a few things. Most of it is gender neutral tho. If you want to go for it! Don’t let other people’s opinions influence how you feel :)

I knitted half a wardrobe before we started ttc, so if you are ok with that the clothes might be there for a while why not.

It’s of course completely up to you, however when my husband and I first decided to start trying we went to a gig a few weeks after and the band had these baby grows (weird I know) as part of their merchandise. We excitedly bought one, and then proceeded to have a year of issues conceiving. Every time I saw the baby grow it made me really sad.
There’s also the consideration that you shouldn’t really buy seasonal stuff, as you don’t know when you’ll get pregnant. For example, my friend has a baby who’s six months old and she’s given us all of her 0-3 and 3-6 stuff for our baby due in two weeks, however all of her 0-3 and 3-6 is long sleeved and wintery whereas we will be having a summer baby so actually not a lot of it is usable
