Back brace (23 weeks)
Doesn't anyone have good back brace suggestion ? Had sciatica and herniated disks long time before getting pregnant and the larger my breast and belly grow the more pain I'm in... Preferably nothing too bulky so I can wear with clothes :) something that supports belly too maybe? Thank you so much.
