Af late but skin is clearing up

My af is 5 days late, acid reflux is driving me crazy but the weird thing is my skin is not breaking out like it usually does but is clearing up!! I usually break out on my face and back so bad before af starts but now it’s clearing up! Anyone have this before a bfp?
