Is there any way to feel baby dropped?

I'm 31 almost 32 weeks and wondering if there is any way to feel if baby dropped down to the pelvic? Or only a doctor or midwife can do that?

I have carried insanely low this whole pregnancy. If my girl dropped any lower, she’d fall out.

The only way I noticed was when i went an entire day without gasping to breathe or heartburn. But I ran across this a few weeks ago.

If you carried low you really wouldn’t feel too much of a difference but if not you’ll noticed probably some more pressure and just an uncomfortable feeling in your pelvis. But you also may or may not drop at all
