Anyone had a biopsy while pregnant?

I had a abnormal pap and I'm getting the biopsy done tomorrow at my check up. I am freaking out!

My Dr wouldn't do it during pregnancy because it can cause the cervix to open prematurely.

Not trying to freak you out by any means but I did have a biopsy performed on my cervix due to an abnormal pap at 23 weeks with my daughter 2 years ago (because the doctor said it was safe with minimal risks) then within 2 weeks later my fluid began to leak and she was stillborn before we could do anything. I know this won't happen to everyone and cant be for certain this is what caused anything but needless to say I have denied any kind of pap with this pregnancy, in my opinion it can wait until after the pregnancy is over unless its harming me or my child. I would ask a lot of questions if I were you, good luck 🤗
