First tooth?

I can see where my baby’s bottom teeth will be coming through but they just won’t come up. But I have noticed on his top, it looks like his tooth might be coming through here real soon. It’s usually common I think for the bottoms to come first, but is it possible this will be his first tooth?

My baby has 2 upper teeth now! So it’s not always the bottom.

That’s def a tooth . That’s exactly how my sons looked . He got his bottom 2 first but I don’t think it always happens that way ! Good luck momma . The top 2 made him miserable . It broke my heart but now it’s the cutest thing ever .

My daughter had bottoms first, she not had 7 teeth and workimg on 8th and it’s hell for everyone :( poor kiddos

I'm a FTM but I'd say not necessarily. Kayleigh has had teeth present in her gums like this for a while. While I can't remember if she did before her first two (both bottom) came thru, I know it's been some time since I've seen them outlined in her gums so based off that, I'd say there would be plenty of time for the bottom ones to come thru first. Maybe your little guy will be different though!

my daughter had her first lower left canine pip up when barely a month old , now there are bottom two already in full view(at 7m) and all upper 4 teeth coming down at the same time now at 10mo

That is definitely a tooth coming down. It may get stuck there for a while and not pop through for a bit. We've got 4 working on 5 teeth at 9M. My older daughter had 10 teeth at 12M 😬
