So after talking with my doctor this week, I found out that the hospital wont even attempt a vaginal delivery unless both babies are head down, and only then they will only deliver in an operating room in case baby B flips when baby A comes out. Even if baby A is head down, they will only do a csection if baby B isn't head down too. I've had 2 uncomplicated vaginal deliveries, csection scare the crap out of me! They gave me the option to be transferred to a bigger hospital that will attempt a vaginal delivery if baby B is breech. I'm not really sure what to do! Any tips or advice??
