I finally saved up my money for the ring I want to get my fiancé. He’s in the navy and the ring is made out of the teak wood from the USS NC and the inner part of the ring is made out of jack Daniel’s whiskey Tennessee wood barrel

And it comes with a copper thin line around the ring but I was going to upgrade it to rose gold to match my ring.

So I finally have the money and I’m excited.

And what happens? His mom wants to know if I just want to use his grandfathers ring.

And now I’m stuck. I love the ring I was getting him.

But his grandfather probably would be proud for him to have his ring.
