ClearBlue Digital-5 days of flashing smiley?!

Question

This is only our second month of TTC but the first month of using the ClearBlue Digital Advanced ovulation test kit. Today is day number 5 of the flashing smiley (high fertility). I haven't gotten a solid smiley yet (peak).  My cycle lengths vary so I am not ever sure when to exactly start these tests. Has anyone else had this happen?  Is this something I should be concerned about?  I fear that maybe I don't ovulate every month.  we desperately want another baby. Help!  Thanks!

My husband actually googled it and it said that some women who have irregular cycle lengths can have 6 - 12 flashing smileys before they get a solid. Just seems strange to me but I will just keep trying. Thanks for all your help ladies!

Go get the regular kit not the advance. You'll have better luck. My ob said stay away from.the advanced kit.

Keep testing I googled and lots of women had flashing smileys for longer days. You can get pregnant by having sex as much as 4days before ovulation it's just a smaller window. Because sperm only lives so long I say have sex up to and through the solid smiley.

I wish I could help I only used the test one month and got pregnant but that was almost 5 years ago. I don't remember ever getting a flashing smiley face just the solid smiley when I peaked. Have you googled?
