So as the title suggests i need to stop swaddling baby as she is now starting to move and almost turn and we want to move her to her cot. Problem is, if shes not swaddled, she wakes herself up by smacking her face with her hands and knocks out her pacifier. I guess shes trying to self soothe when she wakes in between. In the swaddle, if she wakes slightly she will fall back asleep after moving for a minute or two but without the swaddle her hands are everywhere!! How did you guys manage this?!
