I got my AVA bracelet today, I am super nerves and excited. So everyone please give me your insight on your experience with it. And did it help?

I just got the Ava bracelet about 2 months ago. Glow says my ovulation window is in 8 days, Ava bracelet says today is the start of my ovulation window! It actually updated me this morning! I also want to add that glow was off 3 days with my period and my Ava bracelet was right on target this month. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with it so far.

I have got the Ava bracelet...its been about 2 months now and it's still getting to know me. It takes a couple of cycles for the bracelet to get to know your body. I still use OPKs alongside it and I like it that it tracks my temp, my sleep etc
