I took progesterone from April 8-17 to help stimulate a cycle and was told to call my clinic CD1. 2 days after stopping my pills I started getting old blood spotting - brown, or thick/dark red - never the consistency or amount of a normal period. This lasted 3-4 days and let up.

I am now 7 days out from when I stopped progesterone with no sign of CD1 on its way.

Should I have counted those weird bleeding days as a cycle? Is this normal for coming off progesterone? I should probably just call my RE 😂
