I am currently 5 months PP. I have PCOS, so I've never had regular periods & my last 2 children were conceived using clomid. I was breastfeeding & also taking birth control pills. My last period was on 2/10/19 & the last negative pregnancy test was on 3/16/19.

I kept dreaming I was pregnant again so I figured I would take a test just to kinda make the dreams go away. Once finished, I just grabbed it & was gonna toss it in the trash but I saw 2 dark lines!! OMG!! I couldn't believe it. I took another test & before it even finished, the positive line was there, just as dark as ever!

Terrified, I make an appointment with my OB & they drew blood. The numbers came back at 70,000. I went in for an ultrasound today to find out how far along I am because according to my last period, I would be 10w3d today, but my test on 3/16 should've been positive if that were the case.

Ultrasound shows I am 8w3d. Due 12/01/2019. My husband is a truck driver and only home every couple of weeks. We only had intercourse 3 times in March, so we pretty much know exactly when conception happened, we just didn't expect it with all factors considered.

We are both pretty concerned about the risks. This will be my 3rd c-section within the last 3 years & my 4th total. We have a 10 year old, 22 month old, & our 5 month old. Has anyone had c-sections close together like this? We are so scared of something going wrong!
