If my transvaginal ultrasound and lab tests all came back normal what’s the next step?

Been TTC #2 for a year. Got a sonogram done and a vaginal ultrasound too. Said everything looked okay. All my blood work came back in normal range. 
Anyone been here? What’s next?

Tubes checked?  Confirm ovulation, lining check, husband checked and clear?

Same with me my doc gave me Clomid to see if it helps me..currently on my 2 week wait...I pray it worked

I am in the same exact boat. Doctor pretty much chalked it up to unexplained infertility and wrote me a prescription to start trying clomid next month.

Our next step is clomid and then if that doesn’t work we have option to continue rounds of med or turn to IUI
