Birth certificate
So just wondering if anyone else got their paperwork to get a birth certificate for the new little one. I got mine and the first name and middle name are correct then on the line for the last name it says our plant name with the word none after it. Ex. Jordan none
Do I correct this or is that stating there is no second last name? I don’t want to mess this up!
