I saw this on  Facebook today... so what kind of water is safe to drink??? I'm kind of freaked out now.

It's fine to drink. The amounts aren't anywhere near enough to harm. If you drink a couple hundred bottles in a day maybe you will, but you'll have bigger problems like water intoxication
