Lupron as trigger
I just found out my doctor is changing my trigger shot from HCG to lupron because I’m at a high risk for OHSS. I’m on day 7 of stims and I have 24 follicles and my E2 is 2424. I obviously don’t want OHSS but everything I’m reading about lupron says it doesn’t mature the eggs as well and you get a lot more immature or underdeveloped. Has anyone ever used lupron instead of hcg for this reason and had a good outcome?
