Big appetite?

Im 3months pp and had a big appetite ever since giving birth i am not breastfeeding & not pregnant is this normal ?

I mean if you really think about it you just gave birth to a whole baby. You just lost a lot of blood, a lot of vitamins (placenta), a lot of energy etc etc. This is your body’s way of returning the nutrients back into your system. When I was pp I wanted to eat everything in sight! It’s totally normal just don’t let it get out of control

About 4 weeks postpartum my appetite skyrocketed! It lasted about 2 months. I'm 3 months postpartum and just noticed it starting to decrease this week. I had nausea and did aversions my entire pregnancy, so I've joked and said my body was making up for that. 😁
