How many times a night are you waking up to pee?

I woke up SIX times to pee last night- I’m 16 weeks pregnant and just curious how often everyone else is waking.

I go pee just before bed every night to try to get everything out yet I still get up a few times a night 😑

Luckily none, BUT. I stop drinking fluids about 1/2 hours before bed (I drink all my water throughout the day) and I use the restroom right before I go to lay down and go to sleep.now I’ll admit once in a while there will be a night where I have to get up and go but for the most part this has been working for me, I know it won’t work much longer though 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

In the first trimester 4-6 times a night. I’m 13 weeks now and it’s down to maybe twice.

Doctor recommended to drink all your water up until 2 ish hours before you go to sleep and that’ll prevent you from getting up too often at night.

I don’t allow myself to drink anything but tiny sips of water after 7 pm. Keeps the middle of the night trips to a minimum, but I’m so thirsty by the morning! 😆

I drink 4.5-5 liters of water a day and even drink before I go to sleep and only wake up 1-2 times to go pee. And I even drink water after I pee. Everyone is different I think.
