I am not looking to get pregnant yet but I just had my second cycle come way later than it was supposed to. My husband and I use a condom every time so I shouldn't get pregnant (I know its not 100% but an oops baby would be ok) I really just want to know whats going on with my body. My periods were always pretty regular but I had a really stressful last few months and I think thats whats causing it

Anyway, if I use bbt to find out when I ovulate I should expect a period 7 days later (unless I get pregnant) correct? And do you have to use a special thermometer or will a regular one do? Thanks! And sorry if I'm asking silly questions....I just want to be more in tune with my body.
