Exercising after birth
I am 11 days pp and honestly feeling really good. I had a very easy delivery and recovery. I want to start doing squats and other at home work outs because I haven’t been this weight in many years and it feels like a good time to start a new routine. My question is, should I wait til my doctors appointment May 10th to ask about exercise and sex? That’s my four week check up, I remember not being allowed to do anything til after 6-8 weeks last time. Just curious on your experiences!
