5 weeks... these cramps?

Are they supposed to feel like period cramps???

I’ve had them off and on. Especially on my left hand side & towards the middle (rarely my right side). Then it also feels like something (I’m assuming the baby lol) is sitting on my bladder. Like when I go pee, it’s like I’ve been holding it for hours when I know I haven’t lol. Just a lot of pressure and extreme bloat. I didn’t have cramping in my last pregnancy which I ended up having a blighted ovum. In fact, I had every symptom but cramping. This time it’s the total opposite. I’m hoping it’s a positive sign!

I think it might be constipation but I’ve been having cramps since the 6th week. Doctors told me that it was completely normal 🙂
