I don’t know who else to turn too.

But I have been bullied at work by someone I thought was super cool and today, she mocked me in a sarcastic way and our boss heard her.

That was my breaking point when I started crying in front of my boss 1:1

I told him EVERYTHING about what this person has done to me and what she has done without managers approval work flow wise. I told them I have been holding this stuff in for a long time and didn’t want to rat this person out.

This person has contributed to our team so much and providded so much value, I’m scared they will take her side.

I feel as if I’m an average employee, but I have provided value such as training new hires and being reliable, punctual, etc. but I don’t exceed expectations.

I’m nervous about my meeting tomorrow with both managers and afraid that they’re going to let me go due to favoritism Bc I really need this job.

I’ve already copied the employee handbook about bullying and kept text receipts of when this person blew up my personal phone after work about doing more work.

What else can I do? I’m nervous. I’ve never been in this situation and when I’ve heard other stories. It ends badly for st least one person and I’m scared that’s going to be me.
