Not dilated yet but cervix has thinned out
I am 38 weeks 5 days and my doctor checked me today and she said I’m not dilated yet but my cervix is thinned out and she could feel my baby’s head.... I know dilation doesn’t mean anything cuz it could change any time. Anything I can do to get labor started?? Have you been in the same boat? If so what worked for you?
