Drink more water ?

How could I get my cats to drink more water, I feel like they don’t drink enough but I always change it out everyday to cold water so idk if they aren’t as thirsty as I assume they are or if I’m doing something wrong.

Cats don't drink very much. 
It's better to feed them wet food because of that. 
My cats don't drink much either, but it's good you change their water every day because a lot of cats won't drink the old water.
