Helppp meee!!!

I need some help me and my husband are both plus sizes!!! Anyways we have a daughter already and we are trying for our second i had an iud when i had my daughter and took it out a year after in sept 18’ but we have been trying and no result what are we doing wrong by the way we even tried the ovulation test to excatly know when to have intercourse but nothing its been months and i know not to worry but we are getting more and more close to the year of trying and nothing😭😭
