My little man will now most likely be born in the next week or two. The blood flow through the cord has had high resistance since 25 weeks. It has suddenly deteriorated quite a bit and his growth has slowed down, but while he’s still getting blood to his brain and heart they’re keeping him in. I’m having steroids to prepare for early birth and monitoring every day now.

It’s scary because I feel totally fine, he’s super active and had I not been referred for detailed growth scans at 20 weeks, this wouldn’t have been picked up so I’m feeling super grateful right now. 💙💙💙

I’m 30 + 1 weeks now and his estimated weight is 2lb 6oz so he will be small but okay 💙
