TMI, nipple leak

Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant. Yesterday, my nipples were quiet painful. Well I just gave one of them a light squeeze. There came out some liquid.It was pale transparent yellowish liquid.Just a very small droplet and that's it nothing after that. I know ladies have it after 13-14 weeks of pregnancy. It it normal, at this early stage? Should I discuss it with my doctor. Wondering if anyone's had it before so early.
