Anybody?

This morning 20 minutes of me being at work I felt like I was gonna faint. I got really hot and it was hard for me to breathe. I started sweating and my heart was beating really fast. Anybody else have this and know what it is?

I had it at work too. I had to sit down for a while and drink something. Then I felt better afterwards and got back to work.

Happens to me every morning I don’t eat a legit breakfast. I’ve actually had to lay on the floor where it starts because if I moved I felt like i was going to either throw up or pass out. It usually passes after 15/20 minutes but I think it has to do with blood sugar as if I eat a good breakfast first thing it doesn’t happen.

Anxiety, dehydration, low blood sugar, and just pregnancy in general are all common causes of this. Just try to relax, drink some water, and have a snack.

I had this happen about 2 weeks ago. I'm 18 + 1 now. My ob said it was most likely low blood sugar since my bp was fine and my iron was good too. Could be dehydration too. She also said it's a normal side effect of pregnancy if all other issues are ruled out. She told me to eat before work and drink enough water. I haven't had it happen since.

I get this almost every time I get on the subway, but only when I’m pregnant. To my understanding, it’s due to the excess blood pumping through your body making you more prone to panic attacks. Usually fresh air and sitting helps ease it for me.

I was experiencing this exact thing every day, and I found out I have pregnancy-induced hyperthyroidism. I take medication for it now and it’s much better. My blood pressure is not high at all (on the low-end actually, typically 90s/60s) so it was all thyroid. If you can, see an endocrinologist and they’ll give you a bloodwork script to check your thyroid levels.

This is everyday for me if im up and walking around for to long dr dont know what's causing it she just says the extra blood flow she tested me for anemia but results were good so IDK but it definitely
