Thick thighs and a flat stomach?
How do y’all do it? 😂 I’m a 5’3 female weighing around 135, so I’m not super skinny but I’m not fat either. (I def have some fat though) I want a flatter stomach and thicker, more muscular thighs and butt, instead of jiggly 😂 I know I should start weight lifting and eating lots more protein, but I don’t want to gain fat while gaining muscle. So, should I be eating more fatty protein foods, or more on the healthy side?
