It depends what ya call affordable, you need really pigmented pallets and iv never found a really cheap one that’s really pigmented.

I love my tarte pallets. They’re also very natural and safe for sensitive skin. The pigment is great and the blend really well

I LOVE any of the morphe pallets. They are my favorite for the price... They come with tons of colors, are so pigmented and they’re really, really cheap for how many beautiful eyeshadow colors you get. My favorite pallets so far from morphe are the Jaclyn hill pallet, and the 35Os. Here’s some swatches I found online:
