Anyone taking fenugreek pills?

Anyone else taking fenugreek pills to help with your supply? I just started taking it yesterday but interested to learn about your experience with it!

I recently heard fenugreek can actually harm your supply. I’ve been using body armor drinks and I also do protein shakes and add in moringa and flax seed to help keep my supply up.

I didn’t find it did anything for me. If you have Instagram look up legendary milk they have supplements on there that are supposed to be amazing!!

It works for me! Every time I feel my supply decreasing i take couple of pills at night and wake up leaking, i run to the breastpump and pump then feed my 5 months old even after i fill the 2 bottles up!
