Good Mother’s Day gift for a new Mom?

Question

My sister just recently adopted her son and so she’s a Mom now!!
I’d really love to get her a gift for her first Mother’s Day, but my nephew is only 3 months old so all the cute handprint and handwriting things aren’t an option. 
I really would love something heartfelt that she can cherish.

You can do a mom lot with like a cute coffee mug that says something about being a mom on it, coffee, a face mask when it’s time to relax etc

Well, i drew a complete blank, so i consulted google.

All of these would have been wonderful to me for my first Mother’s Day. 
Other than these, think about her. Does she have a glass of wine with dinner? Do yoga? 
What does she enjoy? Maybe one of those new-model Polaroid cameras or a digital photo printer so she can print pictures of her life.
