Acne, hormones, and middle aged woes

I’ll be 33 soon. Yep, and recently I’ve been suffering from adult cystic acne.

Let me take you back... it all began with a little does of the morning after pill in December. Since then my chin looks horrible, my forehead was bad but cleared up. Even my entire chin is red. I never broke out before that!

I’ve been using acne wash and benzoyl peroxide with no help. Recently swapped to azeleic acid and niacinimide ( misspelled) I’ve seen a reduction in oil but still hard painful deep breakouts that last forever and scar!!!

What helps with your adult acne???
