Pack n play bassinet insert safe sleep?

Is the pack n play with a bassinet insert a safe sleep option for every night use?

The red x part would probably be labeled a “sleeper” or something to that effect & that is not a safe sleep space. The firm flat surface under with the green checks those are the “bassinet” and are safe for sleep.

I’m not sure why people are commenting saying it’s safe. 
Please read your manual. It clearly states it’s not for overnight sleep.
The bassinet that sits on top is also not a flat surface, babies should sleep on a non cushioned flat surface. 
They are also cushiony and not mesh. Baby can smother in it. 
Some even have pillows attached to the bassinet, again.. NOT safe. 
Baby should be in a pack and play or crib with no blankets or anything else.

Nope! I got a pack and play with the higher up level but the things that sit on top (changer and bassinet) aren’t safe.

There are very few pack n plays that are sleep certified. The Phil & Ted brand is one of them and it’s very affordable plus has a bassinet attachment.
