Anatomy scan to early?

My 1st and only ultrasound will be the anatomy scan that's supposed to happen  between 18-20 weeks. Mine is scheduled at 17 weeks 4 days. What if it's to early? And we can't find out gender? When did you have your scan?

My anatomy scan isn't till 24 weeks but dr is going to take a peek at next appt. I'll be 16 weeks 1 day. Found out dd was a girl at 17 weeks

My doctors said that you can really tell at 16 weeks so we have ours set for our anniversary which is 16 weeks 1 day!

I had mine done at 16 weeks for my twins and then when I had my anatomy at 19 weeks,  it was the same. :)

You should be fine, they say that gender can be properly determined at 15 weeks unless your baby is hiding the goods. They usually wait til 20 weeks for the anatomy scan but if you can get in there early, that's great. I have mine scheduled for 18w3d. Good luck!
