If this is accurate for ovulation no earlier than May 3 and better to May 5. 2WW SUCKS! From what I've read, implantation doesn't occur until day 7-10 (some sources say as early as day 6), then your body needs a few days to release enough of the pregnancy hormones to be detected in the urine. Therefore, you should wait to test until day of missed period. 
I've been TTC for 18 months so in order to save on pregnancy tests. I've gotten good at waiting until after period is late. The waiting is still a nightmare though. Try to stay busy. Good luck for you.

Breathe & relax. 
You should test a day after your missed period. Implantation hasn’t even had enough time to happen, nor should be experiencing any symptoms.
Trust me, I was in the same boat and still am. You just have to wait, unfortunately. 
I mean I’m -$30 this cycle on wasted tests.
