Rant and rave?
So, I'm 14w2d and yesterday was my bday. My OB doesn't determine gender until 20w, but I wanted to know sooner...so, for my own bday present, I went to a 4d ultrasound place and we found out we are team 💗💗💗! :) 
This is my SO's first baby and my 4th (3 girls from a previous marriage that my SO has taken as his own). Of course, we had expectations of a little boy, but we are so undeniably happy with our baby girl. However, when all of our family found out, we received the scoffing and deep sighing & the "oh no! another girl?"
I'm so tired of hearing the negativity about having another girl...and to be fair, it's not "another" girl...it's my so's first! But, he immediately turned on dad mode and is so protective and ready to stick up for our little miracle. He's such a blessing. He's going to be an amazing dad... He's already wrapped around her little finger.
