Why????

Question

Every month, two days to my period I feel sad beyond words can explain and suicidal
Every fucking month!! 😪
I'm tired of all these 😭😭😭😭

I feel that way around my period sometimes too, 
I try to cope by not giving my thoughts free reign to run wild, but give myself permission to feel sad or have negative thoughts. 
I try to remember things im usually grateful for or glad about ir have to look forward to.
I realize that it's very hard if you are suicidal, very depressed or having an anxiety attack, 
But i always remind myself it should pass and I'll feel at least a bit better soon.
I try to relax and laugh at dumb things or vent to my friends if needed.
It helps me if I realize it's hormonal, not depression, i have a bad history with being suicidal or depressed and I've learned more coping mechanisms in the past few years thankfully. 
I hope you will too.
Sometimes we can't avoid terrible feelings, but we can accept them and allow them to pass, perhaps even serving a purpose on occasion. 
I often use my supersad thoughts to improve my life later on when I'm feeling better.
