Trying to conceive🤞

So. I’ve had 5 miscarriages and currently trying to conceive, I tested a really faint positive the other day whilst also having cramps etc.. after having a light spotting that only happened for a matter of hours and was only really there when I wiped I’m presuming it’s implantation bleeding..

Now with the other 5 I’ve never had or should I say noticed implantation bleeding or even cramps, could this be a good sign or am I getting ahead of myself?

Literally been waiting for a healthy pregnancy for years just want it soo bad now 😔
